🔁 Refund Eligibility
1. Admission Fee
Non-refundable. The admission fee secures the student’s place and is used to process enrollment.
2. Tuition Fee
Refunds for tuition are granted based on the timing of withdrawal after payment:
Withdrawal Period Refund Eligibility
Within 10 Days 40%
Within 20 Days 30%
Within 40 Days 20%
Within 60 Days 10%
Within 80 Days 5%
After 80 Days 0%
Calendar Days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, irrespective of the time zone.
Note: If course materials have been accessed or classes attended, Eschooling reserves the right to adjust or deny the refund
accordingly.

Send a written request to: support@eschooling.org
Include: Student Name, Enrollment ID, Reason for Refund
Processing time: 7–10 business days
(Refund eligibility will be calculated from the date we receive your request for refund over email)
